The Embassy of Morocco and The School of Law, Vietnam National University, organized, on 14th november 2017, an international seminar on "on Administrative Decentralization: sharing experiences between Morocco and Vietnam". This seminar brought professors and experts to exchange on decentralization, doctrine and global trends, as well as the specific experiences of Morocco and Vietnam, within the new Constitutions of Morocco and Vietnam, respectively.

Following this seminar, the Embassy published a book, which encompasses all the presentations pertaining to the moroccan and vietnamese experiences on regionalization and administrative decentralization.
